An email enquiry in 2012 to the museum confirmed there were at least 388 records associated with the Egypt Exploration Fund. The gifts were accessioned in batches in 1981, 1983, 1988, 1990, and 1991, with 10 not yet accessioned. An additional gift of five items came via Mrs. William S. Conant, daughter of the "Honorary Secretary for Virginia" of the EEF, and were accessioned in 1921. Of these at least 145 were pottery vessels received in 1900.
