Notes on distribution:
The BSAE distribution list in the Petrie Museum records that the school was allocated "odds and ends, broken shabti figures, canopic jar, model boats, mummified animals” and were dispatched to a Mr C. Rudolph, who is probably Cyprian Rudolf, one of the fathers of the Community of the Resurrection who taught at St Johns for some 27 years. He had visited England (date unknown) and made contact with the staff at the British Museum in order to acquire Greek, Roman and Egyptian artefacts to illustrate the teaching of history at the school.
