Wellcome Numbering

The brown luggage label tag is typical of the numbering system used by cataloguers of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum. The blue crayon 'L' is a typical example of the Wellcome classification scheme. The numbers in white are the Liverpool World Museum's accession number for this object. The B number is a reference to cemetery B at Abadiyeh, excavated in in 1898-99 by the Egypt Exploration Fund.
