Artefacts of Excavation

The entire Egyptian collection is in storage at Sir William Gray House (Tees Archaeology), which previously housed the Gray Art Gallery and Museum. That was closed when a separate Museum of Hartlepool and the Hartlepool Art Gallery were opened in new venues. The Hartlepool Arts and Museum Service holds 160 ancient Egyptian objects.
