Season summary: 
  • Petrie aimed to survey the four pyramids, but he was delayed by government permission and surveyed only the two major ones, one of which was mostly destroyed and not described in his publication.
     
  • Petrie's survey of the southern large pyramid and its adjoined little one (peribolous wall included) consisted of a triangulation around the two pyramids.
