The University of Birmingham hosts a diverse collection of materials that were intentionally acquired for diadactic purposes, this includes the Danford collection of West African Art and Artefacts, the Archaeology Museum, a Fine Art Collection, Historic Physical Instruments, and Historic Medical Artefacts.
