1898-99 Deir el-Bahri
The seson concentrated on the recording and copying the Temple of Hatshepsut's relief decoration and by restroring and consolidating architectural elements of the building. The lack of a roof meant that several limestone blocks cracked and some of the painted decoration was damaged on account of rain.
